Observation

There was a lose cord for the ceiling fan hanging along side the wall in the nap room. Garbage bags accessible to children in the bathroom and storage area next to the office. A large book shelf in the hallway needs to be fastened to the wall. A large shelf in the outdoor area needs to be fastened to the wall. Outlet in the nap room and the bathroom off the nap room not tamper resistant.
